BIG CHANGES AHEAD FOR
WEBSITE Big
changes in the organization, look, and feel of Peak Performance
Consultants are on the way!
I had an outside consultant audit the website to see how things can get
better. She recommended that I split the site into two separate domains.
So all the recruiting elements will be organized into a domain called
Recruiting Right (www.recruitingright.com). She suggested I write a blog
and also provide free Special Reports. Coaches will continue to receive
the monthly Recruiter Email Update and Resource Update. Breakthrough
Recruiting Intelligence Report will continue as a subscription newsletter
through 2010.
Peak Performance Consultants (www.peakperformanceconsult.com) will keep
the domain name and include all non-athletic related elements of my
business, working primarily under the Center for Performance Enhancement
Research and Education.
The Success Factors Scales will remain at each domain since there is both
an Athletic Edition and a Corporate Edition.
The main reason for the changes is to bring 'ol Steve into 21st century
technology and website design. It will be great for the coaches as well,
as it should be more user-friendly.
I'm hoping to get things up and running by October 1, 2010. I'll keep you
updated.

For example, a Division II volleyball coach can enter the site, click on
Division II, then Volleyball, and arrive at a site that will list some
important challenges that volleyball coaches in Division II are currently
experiencing. Some resources (books, CDs, DVDs, newsletters) will be
offered that will assist the coach in answering the problem.
NO RESOURCE OF THIS SCOPE AND DEPTH IS OFFERED ANYWHERE IN THE

A SCIENTIFIC TEST TO DISCOVER THE "INTANGIBLES OF
WINNING" IN YOUR PLAYERS AND RECRUITS FOR $21
Research indicates that members of championship teams,
both male and female, exhibit these qualities:
Cohesiveness, competitiveness, confidence, ability to cope with pressure,
rehab from injury/illness quickly, integrity, leadership, maturity, mental
toughness, and motivation. Are your current players and recruits
strong in these areas? Do you want to know if they are?
It's time for you to get a
Championship Profile of all your team members. You've been
thinking about it for years. Now is the time to take action.
It's a ONE-TIME INVESTMENT that will give you and your
players valuable team-building and personal development information.
This is the critical information that you're lacking from making your team
into a championship contender. It's the mental make-up that will put
your team over the top, not the physical skills. Stop waffling on
this critically important coaching decision. Get the profiles, and
start making your team into a champion!
Your psychological profile
is a
scientifically-validated research instrument designed to discover
the level of strength in your players regarding the "intangibles" of
winning. As coaches, you're always talking about the "intangibles"
of winning with your players. Now you can get scientific proof of
how mentally strong your players really are. This is the kind of
information a coach builds champions with. It's time you took charge
of your team's destiny.
In July 2010,
coaches can test the level of strength of their players in 10
psychological traits that college coaches have identified as critical to
know in their players and recruits for the low price of $21 per
test, when you purchase 10 or more tests for your team. Assessments cost $49
each
for 1-9 tests.
The Success Factors Scales®
- Athletics Edition will
give coaches and student-athletes critically important feedback in 10
psychological traits of winners. Here is what the experts have to
say...
"I felt the Success Factors Scales®
- Athletics Edition is an excellent test for athletes to begin to look
more deeply at important aspects of competing that they usually don't
consider. It would be an excellent tool for coaches of current
athletes and for coaches to use for recruiting."
Donna Martin, Athletic Director,
Mary Baldwin College
"It was great to see
in-depth who you really are, and what you stand for. The in-depth
explanations were very interesting to look at, and realize that it really
does describe who you are."
Jessa Diaz, Women's Basketball Player, Baldwin-Wallace College
Coaches, players, and
recruits will gain valuable personal development data and receive a
14-page personalized Executive Summary that you can print and save
following the completion of the assessment. Check out the sample
Executive Summary at the site.

Systems Approach Packages
Recruiters can purchase a copy of the audiocassette tape/CD and a copy of the
written seminar workbook materials for all the schools presently listed in
the "Systems Approach" section of the catalog. The Systems Package allows
you to link the written materials with the audiotape/CD information, a
benefit not available to recruiters until now!
The cost of each package varies because of the amount of written materials
in the package and the number of audiotapes/CDs that accompanies the written
materials. NOTE: On the Order Form, please write "Systems
Package", the school, and the amount. For example, the "Tennessee
Women's Basketball Systems Package, Audiotape format, $37.95." You will receive two
mailings: one containing the written materials and one containing the
audiocassette tape(s)/CD. The first amount in the System's Package Cost is
for a copy of an audiocassette tape. The second amount refers to the
package that includes a CD of the information.

DEVELOP YOUR OWN RECRUITING LIBRARY
Athletic administrators...Is recruiting knowledge escaping from your
athletic department? When coaches leave your school, they take with them
all the recruiting knowledge used at your school. You can’t
re-capture their recruiting experience, but you can capture their
recruiting knowledge!
Peak Performance Consultants, Inc. is now offering a new service to
college athletic departments in which the company will assist the school
in developing a customized recruiting library. For more details,
contact Steve Brennan at 800-293-1676 or request an information brochure
that explains the program.
RECRUITING AUDIT
Is your recruiting program running as smoothly as it should? Are you
getting the most energy from your recruiters or are you seeing recruiting
slippage occur? Is your recruiting program as effective as it can
be? Peak Performance Consultants will conduct a performance audit of
your recruiting program to help you maximize your strengths, strengthen
your weaknesses, and position your program as one of nation’s elite
college athletic programs. Contact Steve Brennan at 800-293-1676 for
